Service rules, responsibilities of the parties, and limitations

1. Purpose of the Service

Tweebill is a digital platform that allows users to track their bills, organize their recurring expenses, and improve their financial routines. The service includes payment management tools, bill reminders, and educational resources on budgeting.

Access to the platform is subject to compliance with these terms. Tweebill reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, subject to a 30-day notice period.

2. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to provide accurate information when creating their account and to keep it up to date. They are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

The user is prohibited from:

  • Using the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Attempting to access other users' data
  • Disrupting the operation of the platform
  • Reproducing or distributing content without authorization

3. Limitation of Liability

Tweebill provides the service "as is" without express or implied warranty. The platform cannot be held liable for financial losses resulting from misuse of the tools or user input errors.

Tweebill's liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the incident. Under no circumstances shall Tweebill be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (texts, graphics, logos, software) is the exclusive property of Tweebill or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

The user retains ownership of the data they enter on the platform. Tweebill has a non-exclusive license to process this data in the context of providing the service.

5. Termination and Suspension

The user can terminate their account at any time from their profile settings. Termination takes effect immediately and results in data deletion within 30 days.

Tweebill reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a violation of these terms, particularly in cases of fraudulent use or non-payment of subscriptions.

6. Modification of Terms

These terms may be modified at any time. Users will be notified by email 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after this date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

In case of disagreement with the modifications, the user can terminate their account without charge within 30 days of the notification.
